بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ
Dis: «Je cherche protection auprès du Seigneur des hommes.
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
قل -أيها الرسول-: أعوذ وأعتصم برب الناس، القادر وحده على ردِّ شر الوسواس.
Say: “I seek refuge with the Lord of mankind;
مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ
Le Souverain des hommes,
The Sovereign of mankind.
ملك الناس المتصرف في كل شؤونهم، الغنيِّ عنهم.
the King of mankind,
إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ
Dieu des hommes,
The God of mankind,
إله الناس الذي لا معبود بحق سواه.
the True God of mankind,
مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ
contre le mal du mauvais conseiller, furtif,
From the evil of the retreating whisperer -
من أذى الشيطان الذي يوسوس عند الغفلة، ويختفي عند ذكر الله.
from the mischief of the whispering, elusive prompter who returns again and again,
ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ
qui souffle le mal dans les poitrines des hommes,
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind -
الذي يبثُّ الشر والشكوك في صدور الناس.
who whispers in the hearts of people;
مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ
qu'il (le conseiller) soit un djinn, ou un être humain».
From among the jinn and mankind."
من شياطين الجن والإنس.
whether he be from the jinn or humans.”
